If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase, PLEASE let me know immediately and give me a chance to resolve it to your satisfaction.
PAYMENT
You can pay for your purchase via PayPal. Payment is expected at time of purchase or within 3 days.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the US. Our customers are thrilled with the speed at which we ship our merchandise and the care in which we pack our products. Shipments will be processed within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment. All orders are shipped via USPS, First Class Mail. We also offer Priority Shipping at $3.99.
If you would like your purchase to be shipped to an alternate address, please send a message via email as soon as the item is purchased to ensure that it is delivered per your choice address.
In addition, we will ship worldwide using eBay Global Shipping program. All International orders are also shipped via USPS. International buyers are responsible for paying all shipping and import charges (customs charges) that apply to the purchase during checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed automatically before you pay. Be sure to use the shopping cart if you are purchasing more than one item. If items are shipped together, the shipping charges are LESS.
RETURNS
If the item you received is DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE, please let us know and we will replace the item as soon as the defective item is returned. Postage return on DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED items will be paid by Doll Toy Box.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), please let me know immediately upon receiving. PLEASE do not leave negative feedback. We will work out any problems you may have with your order. All items are to be returned at the buyer’s expense and must have delivery confirmation to prove it was delivered back to us. Items must be sent back to us in the same new condition and packaging it was sent to you before we issue any refund. We will refund you the cost of the item that is being returned. Buyers are responsible for return postage. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of delivery.
International orders must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving them. Returns must have all packaging and all item pieces included, and in the same new condition it was received. Buyers will be reimbursed for the item less shipping and any customs fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return postage, and must have delivery confirmation to prove it was delivered back to us.
